Description: Compose usual humanitarian composite indicators related to
        IMPACT Multi-Sector Needs Assessments (MSNAs) such as food sec
        indicators (rCSI, LCSI, HHS, FCS), Washington Group Short Set
        of questions, JMP ladders, as well as specific indicators
        related to the MSNI framework.
